Making a purchase online is extremely easy. Just click buy item to add an item to your shopping cart. To review the contents of your shopping cart, or proceed to the checkout, just click view cart. Please note that we are unable to change your order after goods have been dispatched.
Every effort is made to get your goods to you as soon as possible. We normally dispatch stock items the same working day, if orders are received before 4pm. For orders received after 4pm, we will normally dispatch your goods the next working day. If it is not possible to dispatch your order, we will contact you and arrange an alternative dispatch date. If this is not acceptable to you, we will be happy to refund your order.
The Royal Mail Special Delivery Service is used for all United Kingdom orders. For most addresses in the UK, delivery using this service is normally before 12 noon the next working day. However, delivery may take up to 3 working days to some remote areas including Scottish islands such as Orkney, Sky and Mull.
For orders outside of the United Kingdom and within Europe, items are dispatched using International Registered or International Recorded Delivery.
For example, an order calculated as 500g will cost you £7.95 for package and posting. For all orders over 2Kg, items are dispatched using UPS Expediated. You will always be shown the total shipping amount before paying.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within seven days of receiving your goods. We regret that software cannot be returned once it is opened or removed from its original packaging. To cancel your order, you must first inform us in writing or by email and we will issue you with a returns number. Please ensure that this is clearly marked on the packaging of your return. All returned goods must be packed in a way that ensures their safety from damage in transit. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you do happen to receive the wrong goods, then contact us first in writing or by email and we will resolve the situation immediately. We will be happy to send out the correct order or to refund your purchase. In the unlikely event that you have to return faulty goods to us, we will either replace, repair or refund the cost of the returned item. To return faulty goods, contact us in writing or by e-mail and we will issue you with a returns number. Please ensure that this is clearly marked on the packaging of your return. We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We will respond to all complaints within one working day, usually the same day. We aim to resolve any complaints or problems within five working days.
